A summary of Arlington Real Estate Market activity and insights for the past month:

The Arlington, MA real estate market in April 2024 has witnessed strong demand and healthy market overall:

Single-Family Homes: There was a 6% decrease in the number of listing units as well as the average days on market.. The average list price increased by 2% that suggests that the market is trending upwards. The number of sold units increased and also the  sale price which indicates a healthy demand and a strong market.

Condominiums: The average days on market decreased significantly by  44% and a slight 2% decrease of the average list price. Whilst the average sale price increased significantly by 29%. This, along with the increase in the number of units sold, indicates strong buyer demand.

Multi-Family Homes: The number of listing units decreased by 25% as well as the average days on market. The average list price increased by 9% suggesting that the market is trending upwards.
