Arlington MA: Monthly Real Estate Market Update - June 2024

A summary of Arlington Real Estate Market activity and insights for the past month:

Single-Family Homes: Overall, the Arlington MA housing market for single-family homes has seen fewer listings and closed sales, with properties staying longer on the market and selling at slightly less than their listing price compared to the same time last year. 

Condominiums: More condos were available for sale but are selling faster. The average list price increased. Although more condos were listed, fewer were sold. However, compared to last year around this time, he number of condos sold increased, the average sale price also rose by 29%.  

Multi-Family Homes: Listing Inventory decreased whilst average Days to Offer increased. Listed Units, Average Original List Price and Average Sale Price all rose compared to that of last year.
